URBANOWICZ HAFT GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

I. General Provisions

1. § 1.

   In these Urbanowicz Haft Gift Card Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”), the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

   • a) Issuer – Sport Fashion Mode Teresa Urbanowicz, ul. Trzebnicka 52, 50-231 Wrocław, Poland, NIP: 8950008569;
   • b) Gift Card – a physical voucher (plastic card with a code) issued to the bearer, entitling the User to redeem it in the Issuer’s online store. The Gift Card is not an electronic payment instrument, electronic money, or a payment card;
   • c) Customer – a person who purchases the Gift Card;
   • d) User – any holder of the Gift Card;
   • e) Store – the online store available at www.urbanowiczhaft.pl and its subpages;
   • f) Top-up Amount – the monetary value assigned to the Gift Card.
2. § 2.

   These Regulations define the conditions for issuing and using the Urbanowicz Haft Gift Card.

   The Regulations are available: a) at the Issuer’s registered office; b) on the website www.urbanowiczhaft.pl/gift-card-terms/.

II. Issuance of the Gift Card

3. § 3.

   The Gift Card is sold at:

   • a) Urbanowicz Haft store, ul. Stabłowicka 123, 54-062 Wrocław, Poland;
   • b) Urbanowicz Haft store, ul. Kanonia 11, 54-062 Wrocław, Poland;
   • c) the online store www.urbanowiczhaft.pl.

   The Gift Card is issued to the Customer upon purchase at a physical store or via the online store.

4. § 4.

   1) The Gift Card can be used immediately in the Urbanowicz Haft online store upon purchase.

   2) The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

   3) The Issuer may conduct and withdraw promotional campaigns offering Gift Cards with different validity periods. This does not affect the validity of previously issued Gift Cards.

III. Rules of Use

5. § 5.

   1) The Top-up Amount represents a prepayment towards future purchases made by the User in the Store.

   2) The Gift Card entitles the User to pay for goods offered in the Store.

   3) To redeem the Gift Card in the online store, the User must enter the unique code printed on the Card in the appropriate field during checkout.

   4) The Gift Card may be used once, up to the amount of funds available on the Card.

   5) If the total value of the order exceeds the available funds on the Card, the User shall pay the difference using one of the available payment methods.

   6) If the total value of the purchase is lower than the value of the Card, the remaining balance will not be refunded in cash.

6. § 6.

   The Issuer may refuse to redeem the Gift Card in the following cases:

   • a) there are no funds on the Card;
   • b) there are insufficient funds on the Card to complete the transaction and the User does not agree or is unable to pay the difference as stated in § 5 (5);
   • c) the Gift Card has expired.

   If it becomes technically impossible to redeem the Gift Card via www.urbanowiczhaft.pl, the Issuer undertakes to refund the remaining Top-up Amount assigned to the Card.

7. § 7.

   The funds assigned to the Gift Card are non-interest-bearing and, subject to § 6, non-refundable. The Card cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced with other vouchers or gift cards issued by the Issuer.

IV. Product Returns

8. § 8.

   1) Products purchased using the Gift Card are subject to return under general consumer protection regulations or additional rules applicable at Urbanowicz Haft stores.

   2) In the event of a return of goods purchased with a Gift Card, the refund shall take the form of an exchange for another product of equal value.

V. Liability and Complaints

9. § 9.

   1) Complaints regarding the issuance, top-up, or use of the Gift Card can be submitted via email to: pomoc@urbanowiczhaft.pl.

   2) The complaint should include the complainant’s contact details and a description of the issue.

   3) The Issuer will respond to the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.

VI. Final Provisions

10. § 10.

    1) These Terms & Conditions take effect on the date of publication on the Store’s website and apply to Gift Cards issued thereafter.

    2) The Issuer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions for valid reasons (e.g., legal changes, Store updates). Amendments will not affect Gift Cards already issued.
