Terms and Conditions of the urbanowiczhaft.pl Online Store
(effective from 5 June 2025)
§1. General information
• The online store operating at www.urbanowiczhaft.pl is run by:
• Teresa Urbanowicz, conducting business activity under the name Sport Fashion Mode Teresa Urbanowicz, entered in the CEIDG, NIP: 8950008569, REGON: 931512736.
• Registered office address: ul. Trzebnicka 52, 50-231 Wrocław, collection point: ul. Stabłowicka 123, 54-062 Wrocław.

• The Terms and Conditions define the rules for concluding distance sales contracts and providing electronic services.
• The Terms and Conditions are available in a form that allows them to be saved and printed.
§2. Definitions
• Shop – the urbanowiczhaft.pl website.
• Customer – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit placing an order.
• Consumer – a Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code or a natural person conducting business activity who makes a purchase not directly related to their professional activity.
• Goods – products offered in the Shop, including personalised products.
• Contract – a distance sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
• Electronic services – services provided electronically by the Shop.
• Working day – any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
§3. Technical requirements
• A device with Internet access.
• An up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
• An active e-mail address.
§4. Registration and Account
• The Customer may create an Account, which allows access to order history and faster placement of subsequent orders.
• The Account can be deleted at any time by sending an e-mail or using the ‘Delete account’ function.
§5. Placing orders
• Orders can be placed via the website, by e-mail or by telephone.
• The Contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
• The Customer receives an e-mail confirming the order.
§6. Prices and payments
• Prices are given in Polish zloty, euros or dollars, and include VAT and other charges.
• Available payment methods: traditional bank transfer, electronic payment, cash on delivery, cash on collection.
• The Customer should make the payment within the time limit specified in the order confirmation.
§7. Delivery
• Deliveries are made by courier, post or in person.
• The cost and delivery date are visible when placing the order.
• The maximum order processing time is up to 4 weeks.
§8. Right to withdraw from the contract
• The consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
• The statement can be submitted by e-mail.
• The customer bears the cost of the return.
• The refund will be made within 14 days.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
§9. Complaints
• The seller is liable to consumers under the warranty.
• Complaints should be submitted by e-mail or in writing.
• The Seller shall consider complaints within 14 days.
• In the event of formal deficiencies, the Customer shall be requested to supplement them.
§10. Reviews and promotions
• Reviews may be added by Customers.
• The Seller may verify reviews.
• Promotions may be limited in time or quantity.
• The lowest price from the last 30 days is given for price reductions.
§11. Personal data
• Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
• The data controller is Teresa Urbanowicz.
§12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
• The consumer may use mediation, arbitration, ODR or the consumer ombudsman.
§13. Final provisions
• The Terms and Conditions are subject to Polish law.
• Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated 14 days in advance.
• If the new Terms and Conditions are not accepted, the service agreement may be terminated.
