SHIPPING POLICY
In order to finalise the purchase and complete the Order, the Customer is required to select the appropriate shipping method and cost, available in the summary of their shopping basket.
1. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for a set/order of Goods are specified each time in the ‘Shipping’ section. These are the costs specified for one complete order.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the quantity and weight of the items ordered.
There are situations in which shipping costs will be determined individually:
– for large or pallet shipments
– for shipments over 30 kg
– for international shipments
– for shipments by a carrier other than those offered by the Online Shop
– for additional customer requirements regarding shipping or packaging
2. SHIPPING METHODS
– All shipments from the Shop are carried out through available suppliers, using registered courier services.
– The Shop does not ship by unregistered mail, as it is impossible to track such shipments and, in the event of loss, it is not possible to file a complaint.
– The Store provides the shipment registration number at the Customer’s request.
SHIPPING METHODS
– Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer once, and in the event of their absence, they are available for collection at the designated point.
– The courier delivers parcels to the address indicated by the Customer. If the Customer is absent, the courier is obliged to make multiple attempts to deliver the parcel, and only then is the parcel transferred for collection at the indicated logistics point.
– The Customer is usually informed of the courier’s intention to deliver the parcel by text message. This service is only available if the Customer has provided the Shop with their mobile phone number.
– The Shop offers the possibility of using shipping methods other than those proposed, but this is only possible after prior contact with the Shop and agreement on the details of delivery and shipping costs.
DELIVERY TIME
– The delivery time is specified in the terms and conditions of the carrier selected by the Customer.
– Delays in delivery are beyond the control of the Shop and the Shop has no influence over them.
– According to the information provided by courier companies, shipments are delivered within 48 hours on working days from Monday to Friday.
The delivery time for parcels, packages and letters may change in the following cases:
– shipment to a location with limited staff at the Logistics Centre
– difficult weather conditions
– other unforeseen circumstances
All our delivery methods include a guarantee of delivery to the Customer within 48 hours of shipment.
The Shop only delivers cash on delivery parcels within Poland.
