Purple Chalice Linen “Calvario” has been designed with the liturgy in mind, fostering an atmosphere of contemplation, penance, and reflection. Purple, present in the symbolism of the embroidery, has been associated for centuries with the season of Lent and Advent, emphasizing expectation, conversion, and the preparation of the heart for an encounter with Christ. The set includes an embroidered pall, embroidered corporal, purificator, and a small towel, which together create a complete set for the chalice used in Mass. The central decorative motif is the cross, complemented by subtle vine motifs, symbolizing Christ – the true vine and the eucharistic sacrifice. The purificator and small towel are made of 100% cotton, characterized by high absorbency and softness, ensuring comfort during liturgical actions. The pall and corporal are sewn from 100% polyester, guaranteeing durability, aesthetic appearance, and ease of maintenance.
