The process is artisanal in nature:
- we receive a design or description of the motif,
- we develop it in Wilcom Embroidery Studio,
- we prepare the embroidery programme,
- we carry out tests and adapt it to the chosen fabric.
Due to its complexity, custom embroidery involves higher costs and a longer lead time.
Yes — you can send us your own artwork, photo or sketch.
